My background spans engineering, organisational design, and over a decade of leadership development across some of Europe's most complex companies. I'm rooted in adult development theory and trauma-aware facilitation, with a deep interest in leading well as the world asks more of us.
My thinking was profoundly shaped by my work as a research collaborator with Gary Hamel and Michele Zanini on Humanocracy, a book that challenges the assumptions most organisations are built on.
I work one-to-one, with teams, and across organisations, always with curiosity, always co-created.
