To arrange and confirm your place, contact you about practical details, design the programme around the group, and handle payment. Our legal basis is the agreement between us for your participation. Where you’ve opted in to future emails, the basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The facilitators. Practical details such as dietary preferences are shared with the venue where necessary. Your information is held in our form, email and accounting systems, and is never sold or shared for marketing.
We delete participant information within 12 months of the programme ending, apart from records we’re required to keep for accounting purposes.
